All packages must be purchased online. Sales begin on Tuesday, May 5 at 10am local time. After you click “Buy Now” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner(s) to make and finalize your order.

Yes. VIP experiences are limited to 8 tickets per transaction.

Age restrictions vary by venue. Most shows are open to all ages, but we recommend checking your local venue’s website for specific age policies.

If you need to request ADA accommodations for your VIP experience, please reach out to us HERE with the following information as soon as possible:

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.

Accessible seating accommodations will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the event and must be picked up then!

Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

More information and further instructions including 100x check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.

Our VIP Packages

Guests will have the opportunity to select either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket depending on the venue. Be sure to confirm you are purchasing your preferred ticket type.

General Admission (GA) tickets allow entry to the event without an assigned seat. You may be given access to a designated GA area, but seating/standing locations are first-come, first-served.

GA VIP experiences include early venue entry (where available), allowing guests earlier access to the venue.

A Premium Reserved ticket includes an assigned seat. Seat location details will be displayed during the purchase process before you complete your order.

No, platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website to ensure you are purchasing an official Good Mourning VIP Experience.

Good Mourning VIP Experience purchasers will see ticket delivery options during the purchase process. Ticket delivery methods vary from venue to venue.

Good Mourning VIP experiences do not include parking. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information regarding venue parking.

Bag policies vary from venue to venue. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information regarding their bag policy.
